At OUTWAY, we stand behind the performance and quality of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your unworn items in their original packaging.

  Ship Your Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference during the transit process.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
